The Boot Camp: The words “boot camp” often evokes the image of a cruel taskmaster barking at a helpless victim hopelessly gasping for air and mercy. That might be true of some fitness organizations but that’s definitely not the case with Choice as we recognize that boot campers come in all shapes, sizes and levels. We offer a variety of boot camp workout options all built to provide our clients with a complete workout without running the risk of a quick burnout. Our boot camps encourage and challenge participants to explore their limits while defining their health “space”. Simultaneously this program is geared towards the more traditional workout warrior equipped with a sharp command of their fitness goals in need of a structured environment to pursue them. Sessions are conveniently scheduled in the morning and evening with results in little or no time at all. Early morning boot camp sessions give clients an incredible energy boost that equips them for the challenges of the coming day. Evening sessions are the perfect way to end the day, relieving stress while building muscle and endurance.
